Boutiques and Cosmetic Lines

Happy Sunday fun day, everyone! For me it's more like a relaxing afternoon with beautiful weather. I hope you all enjoyed your weekend. This past weekend I've been glued to my phone, searching for new boutiques and cosmetic lines that aren't necessarily sold in stores, and may even be considered "underground". I found many incredible websites that I will be purchasing from in the near future so I wanted to share those with you so that you're able to check them out yourself in the mean time! These range in prices, so they are both affordable and some are a little more expensive, but I hope you enjoy and I'm so excited to be sharing the new pick-ups once I purchase them!

Sigma Beauty - Gorgeous brushes with the option of 18K Gold, Copper, or

Lady Boss Cosmetics - Created by the Lady Boss herself, Drita D'avanzo, this cosmetic line has everything from skin care, to lashes, and back to foundations and basics

Kami Cosmetics - This cosmetic line has bold colors that will definitely make you stand out in a crowd

Morphe Brushes - This cosmetic line has great travel and storage items and fabulous brush sets for incredible prices

It Cosmetics - Sold on QVC with a number of award winning products.

Coastal Scents - You won't believe these prices! Extremely affordable make-up, brushes, and natural products. You can also make your own make-up. How awesome is that?!

BH Cosmetics - Another line with great prices that you won't believe.

Motives Cosmetics - They sell a wide variety of products with sleek packaging.

Colour Pop - Strictly an eye shadow seller, but each eye shadow is only $5! AND free shipping in the U.S. on orders $30 or more. Who can beat that? Spend $30 and get 6 eye shadows without paying shipping. Steal!

City Cosmetics - Originally made for girls with small lips, like myself, this business woman built her brand into a beauty gold mine for helping us women with things we don't necessarily love about ourselves.

Made With Love by Angie - Personalized jewelry by a mother of 4 who states she wants each piece to connect with your heart and soul. Also, Kailyn, from Teen Mom, purchased from here.

Happiness Boutique - Amazing chunky statement jewelry!

Alex and Ani - Jewelry with such great meaning behind each individual piece!

Sweetheart Styles - Created by the famous Sammi Sweetheart from Jersey Shore. This line is both chic and trendy.

Aldo - This store is more popularly known. There are tons of stores in different malls. I really love their shoes, handbags, and jewelry though!

Sabo Skirt - A boutique that has fabulous clothing and accessories

Shop A La Mode Boutique - Cute clothing line for those that dare to be different

Want My Look - Clothing line with great pieces that are in style

Friday Favorites: Quotes

Hi beauties! So I'm going to start doing a post every Friday called Friday Favorites. The post will be anything from favorite products, quotes, clothes, food, etc. So if you have any Friday Favorite requests, let me know!

Some of my absolute favorite quotes were said by the well-known, infamous fashion icon, Coco Chanel. The reason I love these quotes so much is because of the sophistication and maturity they portray. I am obsessd with everything Chanel! She is the epitome of elegance. I think it is one of the classiest fashion lines out there! Anywho, here are some of my favorite lines said by her!

Hope you enjoyed reading some of my favorite quotes. Thanks for viewing :)

Skin Care Routine

I'll be honest, I've had acne prone skin all my life - and it's partly my own fault. I constantly pick at my face which causes redness and potentially creates more acne. It's a bad habit I need to stop. Another bad habit I got into was not taking my make-up off at night, which is something that also probably causes the breakouts I have.

Recently, I've started to care a lot more about my skin and what it looks like, so I've cut back on the picking and now I make sure I take my make-up off at night. I also never used to moisturize which I just recently learned is a huge part of skin care. So here is my skin care routine. Please be aware that everyone's skin is absolutely different, so what works for me may not necessarily work for the next person. I just want to share with you the products I use just in case they're products you might be interested in trying.

I wear make-up all throughout the day and by the time I get home I'm SO ready to just take it off and let my skin breathe. To take my make-up off I use Neutrogena hydrating make-up removing wipes in the green-ish, turquoise color. The reason I get the hydrating ones is because my skin can get very dry, very quickly. On the other hand, my skin can also get oily. So I get the worst of three worlds: acne, dry, and oily. So you can see why it's difficult to manage and get my skin under control. Any way, these wipes cost about $6 and you can get them almost anywhere; Walmart, Target, and drug stores are the main place I've found them. The only complaint I have is that they don't always remove ALL of the make-up. I'll usually have eyeliner or mascara still under my eyes, or I'll feel like there's still foundation in my pores or on my face, so I am looking for something to use in addition to these.

I've gone through so many differnt facial cleansers and acne scrubs it's ridiculous! I just recently purchased the Olay Total Effects 7 in 1 blemish control. This is probably the most gentle acne face wash I have ever used! I'll be doing a complete review on it in a few weeks, but this face wash feels like lotion going onto your face with little beads. I've only used it twice so far, but so far that's enough for me to like this product! I believe the cost of this was about $5 from Ulta.
Lastly, before I go to bed, I put Olay Regenerist Night Cream which I also just recently starting using as my nighttime moisturizer. This stuff works WONDERS! After just ONE night I noticed such a drastic difference in my skin. And I'm not usually one to believe that products work over night, but this one did! Just like the Olay blemish control, I'll also be doing a full review on this product as well in a week or two. The cost of this was $18 on sale at Ulta.

I don't have a long list of a skin care routine because for one, less is more and two, I just recently started taking an interest into helping my skin become healthier. So hopefully I'll be adding new products to this list in a few months.

If these products interest you, go try them out and let me know how they work for you!
