Makeup & Skincare Collection

I asked my followers on my social media accounts if they were interested in seeing my makeup collection thus far and on all accounts I got quite a few answers being YES! So everyone, brace yourself for this long post. Grab some popcorn or your coffee and get ready for some makeup! :)

It's nothing compared to these YouTube gurus, but in a short amount of time I've accumulated A LOT of products. I don't have the storage I want at the moment so I wont be sharing images of the storage. Right now I just have them in the plastic drawers that you can get at Walmart. In the near future I plan on getting quite a few acrylic drawer organizers and the Alex drawers from Ikea. So stay tuned for an update :)

Right now I have them categorized by Foundations, Concealers, Blush, Highlighters, Bronzers, Lipsticks, Liquid to Matte Lipsticks, Lip Gloss, Liners & Lip Balms, Primers, and Eye Products which is sub categorized into Liners, Mascaras, Loose Eyeshadows, Brow Products, and Eye Primers. Jeeze that's a lot of categories. I've also included my skin care in case you all were curious about my skin care collection as well.

Keep in mind, a lot of the products are drugstore because I just started getting into prestige brands a few months ago. So to put it in perspective, about 5 months ago I only had ONE drawer full of makeup: lip products, face products, everything! Just one drawer. Um, what was I doing with my life?

I apologize in advance for the awful image quality. I'm working on getting some equipment soon :)

Let's get into it, shall we?

Eye shadow & Cheek Palettes:

I am a sucker for eye shadow palettes. I don't know why - I just am. Lol If there's a new one and it has pretty shades, count me in!

L to R: NYX, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Urban Decay, Too Faced
L to R: Stila, Tarte, Lorac, NARS, 5 Below
Lip products:

Aside from collection palettes, I am obsessed with collecting lip products. If it's a lipstick and it's not coral or brown, I need it in my life.

In the container is a YSL lipstick and 2 NARS blushes. In the lipstick holder I have my MAC, Tom Ford, and Gerard Cosmetics lipsticks
Lip Products
Lip Liners & Lip Balms
I need to start stocking up on lip liners. I never thought they were necessary until recently. They make your lipstick last longer and they keep everything in line so your lipstick isn't a hot mess all over your face. The brands I have are MAC, Sonia Kashuk, MAC, and a few other drugstore ones. I also have my lip balms in this drawer which are all drugstore. I will say, though, the ELF Lip Exfoliator is by faaarr my favorite and for $3 you can't go wrong. I wasn't a fan of Lush's lip scrub because of how messy it was. It tastes good and was still effective, but just so messy!
Bite Beauty, Kat Von D, NARS, Maybelline, L'Oreal, Wet N Wild, NYX, Too Faced, Urban Decay, Smashbox, Tarte, and there's probably a few other brands I'm missing.
Liquid to Matte Lipsticks
Brands include: Kat Von D, NYX, Too Faced, and MeNow
Lip gloss
Brands include: Lorac, Marc Jacobs, Bite Beauty, Smashbox, NYX, Victoria' Secret, NYX, Tarte, L.A. Girl, Too Faced, and possibly more I forgot.
Face Products

I never realized how many primers I had until I went through them the other day. My absolute favorites are the Hourglass Mineral Veil, Stila One Step Corrector, and any Smashbox primer.

I don't own too many concealers, but there are a ton that I am anxious to try so trust me this drawer will fill up quickly! I will say that I wasn't impressed with Benefit Erase Paste, Benefit Boing, or the Physicians Formula in the purple package.

Right now I only have drugstore foundations: Maybelline, L'Oreal, Revlon, and Rimmel London. I have a few samples of prestige foundations, but I am really looking into stock piling a TON of prestige foundations in the near future. I seriously have a list of like 30 that I want to get, so once I do grab all of those, I'll be doing an update :)

For awhile my holy grail was the Physicians Formula Bronze Booster, but I have a new found love for Too Faced bronzers, especially Chocolate Soleil. Elf bronzers are definitely a good alternative bronzer for those on a budget, but they're shimmery, so they aren't good for contouring. I love the Maybelline FIT stick for cream contouring.
I love all of these highlighters, except the cream ones. I'm not a fan of the cream highlighters, but I'll find a way to work with them. But Bobbi Brown, Burberry, Chanel, NYX, The Balm, and ELF - they're all gorgeous!
I absolutely love Tarte blushes and thanks to Caitlin, I have a new found love for Becca blushes as well. I'll definitely be stocking up on their blushes soon.
Here are a few face products that didn't fit in the drawers: Bronzers, highlighters, and setting powders

Eye products

Of course I have to have Anastasia's Brow Wiz and Dipbrow Pomade. I also have Benefit's BrowZings which was my holy grail until I was introduced to ABH products. I also randomly picked up a Sonia Kashuk brow pencil and a NYX brow primer.

Eye Primers
Brands include: Smashbox, Urban Decay, Lorac, and Too Faced.
I haven't tried the Lorac ones yet, but out of all of these, Too Faced Shadow Insurance is my holy grail. My shadow and liner literally stays on all flippin day and night into the next day!
Loose Shadows
I don't have many loose shadows because I find it annoying digging through all of them - hence why I buy palettes like it's my job, but the ones I do have, I love. Colour Pop shadows, I would buy every single one of them because they're just awesome as well as the L'Oreal Infallible shadows. Bomb dot com. The Maybelline quad, hmm, I think I got that a really long time ago. I used to love this quad and I ran out so I picked up a new one. I also have NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk because everyone referred it to me to help my shadows become more vibrant.

My holy grail was Maybelline Eye Studio gel liner until I was introduced to liquid liner which I find 1000000 times easier to do a winged liner. The pencil liners I use for my lower lash line.

Brands include: Urban Decay, Kat Von D, Smashbox, Stila, Maybelline

I don't like to purchase prestige mascaras until I try them out which is why you see a lot of sample sizes in here, but my holy grails are L'Oreal Voluminour and Urban Decay Perversion. I'm actually really not impressed with Miss Manga at all. Like I don't think I'll ever touch it again. But all the others are pretty good :)

Brands included: Estee Lauder, L'Oreal, Urban Decay, MAC, Maybelline, Benefit, Victoria's Secret, Kat Von D, Tarte, Dior, Smashbox, Lorac, and Too Faced

Derma Rollers and an extractor for blackheads and white heads. I personally haven't used the derma rollers often - maybe once or twice, but I'm not a fan of the feeling.

Peter Thomas Roth
I absolutely fell in love with this brand the first time I tried their Pumpkin Enzyme mask and now I'm hooked to the entire skincare line they have.

YouthMud and ThirstyMud (full sizes)
Freeman Masks

Can you tell I'm obsessed with Freeman masks? They're affordable and get the job done! Love em

I have samples of them as well

This brand is sold on Freeman Beauty's website, I've never heard of it before but I got it with my mystery bag from them this year
No. 7

I think I got these at Ulta when they were on sale for BOGO 1/2 off and I'm actually glad I did. I really like them. I kind of wish I would've picked up another product for the 1/2 off because I doubt I'll go through 2 of these.
Mint Julep Masque
This is in my collection but I don't use it because it contains parabens which aren't good for you.
4 travel size products I got in their "Little Black Book"
Hope you enjoyed my makeup & skincare collection. What's in yours?! Do you have any of these products? If so, what are your thoughts?
